Apple vinegar vinaigrette

Serving Size: 250 ml (1 cup)

Ingredients

  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) apple vinegar (ideally aged in barrels or a good quality)
  • 6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (balanced)
  • Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. crushed black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Shake well (or whisk).
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
