Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of basil, chopped
- 1 tsp of oregano, chopped
- 1/2 tsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 tsp of rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup of Arom olive oil
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Place all the spices/herbs in a bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil.
- Give it a mix
- Add the garlic, lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
- Give it a stir and serve with crusty bread.
