Easy homemade crackers
Ingredients
- For the crackers
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 2/3 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- For the topping
- olive oil
- Sea salt or fleur de sel
- Sesame seeds, rosemary, celery seeds (optional)
Preparation
- In a measuring cup, combine water and oil.
- In the bowl of a food processor, place all the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add the liquids and pulse the dough until it forms a ball. Add a little water if necessary.
